We are the owner and operator of a property in Mělník.
The building, whose tenant is JYSK, a retailer of furniture, home accessories and household goods, offers a floor area of 1,100 m². The property is located close to other shopping centres. Mělník is a district town of almost 20,000 inhabitants. With 104,000 inhabitants, the Mělník region is one of the six districts of the Central Bohemia region with more than 100,000 inhabitants.
