We invested in a retail property in Jindřichův Hradec.
The building with an area of 1,551 m² houses a JYSK furniture store and PEPCO, a retailer of clothing, toys and household goods.
The property is located near the access road to Jindřichův Hradec. Jindřichův Hradec has 22,000 inhabitants and is a district town. Thousands more people from the surrounding area commute to this South Bohemian town for official business and work.
