About the project
In the city center of Bratislava, called downtown, a multifunctional complex named Ister Tower will be created. The main feature, the Ister Tower, will be a 100-meter-high skyscraper with 33 floors, which will be accompanied by two smaller buildings.
The eight-floor Ister Business Suitess will include both non-residential spaces and premium duplex apartments, ideal for both active living and business.
Ister Parkside, a twelve-floor project facing the park, will offer small hotel-style accommodation units, as well as exclusive family suites with terraces that provide extraordinary views and privacy.
The project will offer 489 residential units, over 1,000 square meters of commercial space, and sufficient parking area.
