Czech Development Fund SICAV, a.s. invests in the construction of residential and commercial projects, in particular in the logistics and light manufacturing segments. The fund focuses on the territories of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, which, thanks to their location and infrastructure, are the centre of attention of global manufacturers and suppliers of services. With the increasing purchasing power of the population, the demand for new homes prevails over supply in the long term, and the market is not able to satisfy it.

Therefore the fund focuses on projects that respond to this demand and provide other additional benefits to the surrounding community.

Careful attention is paid to the acquisition of every project or intention. Similarly as to the selection of partners who participate in the project implementation.
