Czech Development Fund SICAV, a.s. is a joint-stock company. Its statutory body is the Board of Directors. The suitable strategy and professional recommendations are given to the fund by the Investment Committee.

Petr Krátký

Member of the Board of Directors of AVANT IS and Investment Director

He has more than 20 year’s experience gained within financial institutions. At ING pojišťovna and pension fund, he was responsible for the Operational Financial Department and Operational Risk Department. He worked for the internal audit of Česká spořitelna. At GE Money Bank, he managed the Business Place Control Department of the Compliance Division. At Avant since 2014, he has managed the Legal and Compliance departments and subsequently managed the assets of broad-based real estate investment funds. In 2020, he became a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Director.

Vít Šindelář

Member of the Investment Committee, AVANT IS Asset Management Director

Vít has specialised in baking for more than 10 years, at CITI Bank (Fraud Prevention Department); ČSOB (Manager of the Department of Prevention of Legalisation of Proceeds of Criminal Activity), Deutsche Bank (Vice-President responsible for Compliance). Since 2019, he has been working for AVANT IS, where he specialises in the administration of funds of qualified investors. Vít is a graduate of the Faculty of Transportation Sciences of the Czech Technical University, in Management and Economy in Transportation and Telecommunications.

Juraj Černička

Member of the Investment Committee, Director of Risk/Business Support DRFG Real Estate

At DRFG, he participates in financial and real estate activities.

Prior to joining DRFG, he specialised in commercial and investment banking for more than 25 years. He worked for LBBW Bank, Expandia and ING Bank, including 14 years as a member of the Board of Directors with responsibility for Treasury, Corporate Banking and M&A.

Project Support Team

The Project Support Team consists of experts in financing, project management, development and real estate management, who use their extensive experience in various areas of real estate in their activities and preparation of underlying documents for the fund’s decisions.

Josef Šilhánek

Investment Director of DRFG Real Estate

At DRFG, he primarily specialises in residential project investments within the territory of the Czech Republic.

Prior to joining DRFG, he worked for Moneta Bank, where he was responsible for Real Estate and Syndicated Lending.

Otakar Souček

Investment Director of DRFG Real Estate

Graduate of the Prague University of Economics. He spent most of his professional career, more than 20 years in total, at Česká spořitelna in professional and managerial positions, mainly in the management of real estate transactions. For the last 8 years he has been Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of Realitní společnost České spořitelny. He has additionally gained experience in real estate development and construction completing numerous projects in the residential real estate development sector.

Jan Pelíšek

Investment Director of DRFG Real Estate Polska

At DRFG, he primarily specialises in real estate investments in Poland.

Prior to joining DRFG, he was the Board of Directors Vice-chairman of a bank in which he was working after eight years in foreign trade.

Angelika Houdková

CEO Real Estate Facility Management

At DRFG, she is responsible for the entire real estate management division.

Prior to joining DRFG, she was the strategic development director at Globus ČR for two years, where she established the Real Estate Leasing Department. She has also previously worked for Heinrich Nickel, Hypo stavební spořitelna and Kaufland.

Hana Cajthamlová

Manager for finance and banks

At DRFG, she is responsible for building relationships with banks, sets the banking strategy and manages tenders for funding projects of the Group. Prior to joining the Group, she worked as a corporate banker at Raiffeisenbank for six years and at UniCredit Bank for two years.

Nikola Nedvědová

Investment manager of DRFG Real Estate

At DRFG Group, she works as an investment manager in the real estate division and focuses primarily on investments in real estate projects in the Czech Republic.

She is responsible for the evaluation of economic opportunities, their acquisition and project management of the existing portfolio.

She leverages the Group’s strengths to develop the company’s expansion potential in residential housing, single-family homes and logistics. She has many years of experience in corporate banking at Large Corporate, an Austrian bank, and is a successful graduate of the Faculty of Business Administration at the Prague University of Economics and Business.
